TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER
Developing countries will be responsible for most of the future growth in energy demand and greenhouse gas emissions. The development, transfer and use of renewable energy technologies are promising ways towards low-emission development in these countries. The main hurdle to their development and use is the technology gap. Therefore REIE is supporting renewable energy companies in the fields of photovoltaic, food & energy and biomass to do technology transfer to developing countries to ensure that scientific and technological developments especially in the sector of renewable energies are accessible to a larger range of nations and populations who can then further develop and exploit the technology into new products, processes, applications, materials, or services.
SOURCING AND PROCUREMENT
REIE assists you in the sourcing and procurement of high quality products and optional also quality assurance and quality control as well as organizing the logistics.
The sourcing process includes every action that in required for identifying and assessing potential suppliers as well as selecting and engaging with the appropriate supplier who offers the best value. At the end of the sourcing process, we will negotiate a sales agreement between the buyer and the supplier on what is to be procured at which quality and quantity and the terms of contract. Sourcing professionals evaluate the supply market, develop and execute strategies, negotiate terms of contract and finally develop the contractual agreement with the suppliers.
QUALITY CONTROL AND LOGISTICS
REIE has created a quality management system that implements the aspects of quality assurance and quality control for renewable energy companies who source components in Asia, especially solar modules. We will make sure that all activities necessary to achieve the required product quality are implemented and that the set quality standards will be regularly inspected during production as well as after production. REIE operates in the photovoltaic market for over 15 years and has gained a high knowledge of the production process and visited most Tier 1 supplier factories. We have in-house engineers who do factory audits before production, quality assurance during the production process, quality control inspections after production. We work closely together with test institutes in China and Germany such as PI Berlin and TÜV Rheinland. We can also organize the on-time delivery of your products as well as quality control of your products after shipment as well as after installation.
